I am currently working with clients, creating individualized 6 module programs focused on helping you kick your sugar addiction. This is a personalized program that is based on your individualized needs.
The Guidance You Need
Small group sessions in the Hamilton, Burlington, Stoney Creek will run bi-weekly for a total of 6 sessions. I can also create a group program for your workplace, friends, or family.

HI, LET ME TELL YOU A BIT ABOUT MYSELF
Hi my Sweet friends, thanks for joining me, let me tell you my story about my battle with sugar addiction. I called myself a nighttime sugar monster, getting my stash, hiding it from my family, and secretly eating a whole bag of family size chocolates mindlessly.
I was never hungry, I just craved that sugar hit, omg it was sooo intense, and it controlled my life. It got so bad that I would throw out the stash in the garbage to try and stop myself from eating it, but sundown came, the monster rose and guess what I dug that shit out of the garbage and ate it. (ok it was in packaging, so please don’t hurl right now)
When I ate sugar it decreased my immune system and I would get sick. Well, my breaking point came when I was on a cruise, I started to get sick and I knew if I ate the sugar I would get sicker. I chose to eat it and I ended up having an asthma attack and had to go on prednisone. I risked my life for my addiction. It was then that I knew I had to make changes in my life. I succeeded in changing my life, so Let me help teach you the tools that helped me kick my sugar addiction and lead you on a path of sweet discovery.
In today’s society, more than ever, it is important to develop a healthy relationship with food and to learn what a healthy lifestyle looks like. I do not believe in diets. I believe that everyone is unique and requires a custom plan that will complement their lifestyle, be realistic and attainable. My approach is focused on teaching people to get back to the basics, eat real food, with real ingredients.
